Understands current supplier performance related to on time delivery, exceptions, quality, and price changes. 3. Negotiates and settles with suppliers regarding damage claims, rejections, losses, return of materials, over-shipments, cancellations, and engineering charges. 4. Responsible for maintaining process control of material and job activity with the objective of meeting expectations of the customer.
