Manager - Operations - Logistics

To nail your job you will :

- Leading end to end operations of all centres in the assigned cluster.

- Cluster managers hold the onus to build their team by ensuring hiring of Team leaders..

- Onboard and provide on-the-job-training to the Team leaders to improve performance.

- Monitor KPIs, coach and motivate the team by regularly communicating about monthly schemes and incentives.

- Facilitating launch of new city operations and expanding operations in current cities and headcount and Infrastructure planning

- Recruit and groom Hub Managers/ Associate cluster managers and their team for high performance output.

- Develop logistics partnership, negotiate contracts and manage logistic network performance.

- Identify and resolve problem areas for clients and logistic partners for consistent and transparent delivery experience.

- Scaling the Last mile operations in accordance with the growth plan of the business.

- Work closely with city heads to help automate processes by developing new strategies.
