Operations Manager
- Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the day to day business operations.
- Monitoring resources performance with time to time review.
- Business process monitoring and control.
- Planning and implement of procedures and system to maximize operational efficiency.
- Ensure increase on business volume through day to day engagement.
- Design and execute best SOP and SOW to reduce TAT and escalation.
- End to end escalations management.
- Ensure timely reporting to senior management on any concern raised by insurer.
- Regular reviews / meeting and discussion with Insurance clients for process improvement.
- Managing Insurance relationships at its best so as to ensure zero escalations.
- Ability to operate / manage and pull reports out of the automatic call distribution system.
- Responsible for billing and payout functions related with the Insurance client..
- Meeting 100% budgeted target - monthly/annually
- Ensure 100% conversion ratio is achieved for all insurers
- All Team members achieve 100% conversions of the data allocated to them.
- Meeting existing insures/travelling to their offices in various regions to get business from new geographies & enhancing business numbers by marketing our USPs
- Meeting all the Insurer SLAs
- <1% of grievance for all insurers on monthly basis
- End to end tracking of HNI customer
