Experience : Minimum 8 plus years of exp in passive/ active infra equipment or in SME customer support / technical support management function anytime during the career. Must have minimum 5 years of managerial experience is desired

Education : BE / B.tech

Knowledge Required : Detailed technical application and performance knowledge of equipment and also must have vendor management expertise.

Skills / Competencies : Technical expertise in equipment's, Analytical skill ,Vendor & people management skill and solution driven approach. Must have sense of cost & quality analysis.

Principal Purpose of the Job:

To control, drive and govern IME / OME and SME partners to achieve the optimum infra performance (KPIs and Uptime). Ensuring equipment life cycle management to improve equipment reliability and cost optimization with better life span of the Equipment at sites.

KRA:

Service Delivery:

- Ensure implementation of safe working practices in the circle

- Monitoring IME/OME/SME performance on PM quality and addressing CM gaps on Daily/weekly basis.

Governance and Reporting:

- Conducting governance and performance review meeting with partners (as per defined schedule)

- Process governance for KPI achievement and SME performance

Asset Management:

- Analysing equipment failures and chalk out action plan for improvement

- Optimum utilization of capex as per defined processes and guidelines

Spares Movement:

- Monitoring and management of IME/OME/SME spares movement

- Accounting and monitoring spares purchase from OEM/Authorized dealers

Competence Development:

- Identify training needs and organising SME training for OME/ IME teams for efficient and effective outcome

- Technical training to AOMs and FSEs on equipment (new joinees and refresher courses) and also when new type of equipment is deployed in the network
