Manager - Operations - General Management

- This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to lead and manage all aspects of our business operations.

Business Operations

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Conceptualize and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Define and execute product roadmaps for tools and processes that improve team efficiency and productivity.

- Analyze data (market trends, customer behavior, operational performance) to identify areas for improvement and develop new initiatives.

- Team Management & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team (BDMs, BDEs, Marketing Manager, DME, Content Writer, Graphic Designer [optional], Senior Counsellor, Counsellors, Junior Counsellors).

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Implement efficient processes and operational standards across all departments.

- Performance Monitoring & Analysis - Design, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and progress towards strategic goals.

- Monitor and control budgets effectively.

- Navigate and excel in ambiguous situations, finding innovative solutions to challenges.

- Drive rapid results with an iterative approach to continuous improvement.

- Foster collaboration and secure buy-in from stakeholders through excellent communication and people management skills.

Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience:

- 3-4 years of experience in business development or operations management.

- 1 year of experience in team handling and leadership.

- 1 year of experience in marketing and sales.
