Operations Manager

Experience needed - 3-6 years years

Location - Delhi

Responsibilities:

- Liasoning with Fund Accountant, Custodian and RTA for daily reconciliations, investor allocation, NAV reporting etc.

- Oversee trade processing, confirmation and settlement activities. Coordinate with brokers and custodians to ensure timely and accurate trade execution.

- Liase with investors to address queries and provide updates on fund operations

- Assist in monitoring and analysis of fund performance including investment valuations and performance attribution. Generate performance reports for internal stakeholders and investors.

- Coordinate with investment manager to manage capital calls, distributions etc.

- Monitor cash flows and liquidity requirements

- Assist in the preparations of board materials and presentations
