Operations Manager - Foods Manufacturing

We are currently looking to close an Operations Manager - Manufacturing position with the topmost FMCG Conglomerate in India. The position is based in Bangalore.

Key responsibilities :

1. To lead planning and central operations for all manufacturing units.

2. To deliver performance metrices of Productivity, Cost, Quality, Serviceability and Safety and set up systems to periodically track and improve these.

3. To Identity and implement cost savings measures across the operational value chain.

4. To lead NPI cycle from product development to commercialization phase.

5. To develop and supervise responsive robust supply chain system suitable for emerging channels.

6. To optimize utilization of current capacities, and plan future capacities basis business needs.

7. Ensure compliance systems are robust to meet internal and external audit requirements.

8. Accountable for annual manufacturing budget preparation and responsible for its compliance.

9. Lead, motivate and support a large team within a time sensitive and demanding environment.

Experience : 5-6 years in FMCG/Engineering/Projects experience

Educational Qualifications : NIT/IITs/ Premier Engineering colleges

Salary : Rs.35.0 to 55.0 LPA
