Manager - Operations - Financial Services

Scrabble has been mandated to hire an Operations Manager for a fast-growing financial services company based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee Senior Executives in Customer Service, Accounting, Compliance, Banking, and Company Secretary functions.

- Ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence, including KYC verification, PAS4 processes, SPV creation, bank account management, and documentation control.

- Resolve escalated client issues and facilitate collaboration between internal teams.

- Identify and implement operational improvements, optimizing workflows and resource utilization.

- Develop KPIs and generate performance reports for management review.

- Evaluate and manage external vendors, negotiating contracts to optimize cost-efficiency and service quality.

- Collaborate on strategic goals and drive the execution of initiatives to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years in a managerial role, preferably in financial operations

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management and development.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- In-depth understanding of customer service, accounting and compliance, banking operations, and company secretary functions.
