- Restaurant chain outlet experience is MUST, Liquor knowledge is must

- Must have BHM qualification

- Minimum experience of 8 years

Job Description :

- Leading the team to achieve the budgeted targets, for sale and costs

- Creating new marketing strategies with the help of the marketing team to be implemented at the Store level

- Creating a robust manpower planning for maintaining set standards of service, within the budgeted provisions.

- Train and lead from the front with hands on approach to the team

- Custodian of all assets, legal bindings and licenses of all operational outlets

- Creating a robust internal MIS system to achieve the targets set by the management

- Opening of new outlets, planning of the service layout, manpower requisitions and fulfillment
