- Minimum 7 years post qualification experience in a multinational corporate environment, with in depth exposure to process improvement and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / MS Dynamics)
- A good appreciation of F&A Process (PTP, RTR, OTC & TAX)
- Basic knowledge of Indian GAAP, IndAS and IFRS
- Proven people management experience. Experience in management and working with remote teams is an advantage
- Results oriented and comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
- Project management and driving process improvements.
- Excellent detailed knowledge of the business processes in their area, both current and future
- Proven analytical and decision-making skills
- Flexibility & proactivity
- Customer focused and proven experience of building, developing and sustaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Identify process gaps and issues, find solutions for them and bring them into action. Identify and understand hand-offs between individuals / organisations / systems and interfaces.
- Identify inefficiencies in the process and BAU, drive effectiveness improvement initiatives.
