Operation Manager | NBFC Industry | 8 LPA to 15 LPA CTC

This job opportunity is with a leading NBFC (Asset Management - Equipment Leasing) company located at Goregaon, Mumbai. Looking for candidates from Operations and Client Servicing experience

Main KRAs for Operations Role:

1. Providing rental solutions to the client for operating lease of Equipment's

2. Formulating proposals for leasing of equipment.

3. Managing vendors and providing Logistics support to clients in coordination with Operations.

4. Negotiations & Liaison with clients and bankers

5. Analysis of Balance Sheet for putting forward the proposal to the Banks, for sanction of Limits for Clients, for discounting of Rentals (receivables).

6. Monitoring and controlling receivables collection from customers and managing the same internally

7. Managing all transactions & documentation for the key accounts and Reconciliation of Accounts and receivables.

8. Follow up with clients for collection of rentals and any other issue
