Our client is looking for Operations Manager. The person will be working for a well-funded EdTech firm, founded in 2011 by IITians, which is primarily interactive online tutoring platform where teachers provide school tuitions to students over the internet, using a real-time virtual learning environment that is a technology built in-house. It operates on marketplace model for teachers, where students can browse, discover and choose to learn from an online tutor of their choice.
Job Description:
- Plan the user engagement / retention and achieve the targets
- Improving customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
- Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that User Retention
- Create database reports for management evaluation thru Data Team
- Ensure timely and accurate reports for analysis.
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Efficiency Improvement in Student Operation
Job Purpose:
- Oversee Daily Academic Operations
- Key Project will be Operation Excellency, User engagement & User Retention
- Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business thru Retention
- Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives
- Organize working process in between the HODs and lead weekly or monthly coordination meeting
- Monitor the implementation and proper executions of events operations
- Manage overall events coordination when AVP is not on-site.
- Manage human resources and hiring process of new employees.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
-Customer service orientation
Qualifications;
- IIT / IIM from Top College
- Current designation should be Manager Or Sr Manager Operations with 2 yrs exp in current role
