Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who will help plan and co-ordinate roll out of education services products which are delivered pan-India in a seamless online environment.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in managing relationships and driving the service providers/vendors like technology companies, media agencies, etc., & foreseeing field issues in a pan India context and taking decisions in real time to manage exceptions.

- The work environment is entrepreneurial and dynamic; it is important for the person to feel comfortable multi-tasking and working in an environment with rapid launches of new products with short lifecycles( launch to finish about three to four months)

- This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop and drive the adoption of best in class services and dramatically improve common educational infrastructure and make lives of lakhs of students easier.

Requirements:

- Graduate and above - preferably MBA from a leading university.

- 4 + industry experience, with 8+ years of overall experience, demonstrated contribution in operations management and / or field operations, event management and co-ordination etc.,

- Strong communication skills and ability clearly communicate the framework within which the organisation has to operate - enabling service providers to deliver world class facilities.

- Must be familiar with higher education landscape in India.

- Demonstrated ability to understand, communicate and co-ordinate rollout plans and oversee the implementation rollout.

- A self-starter with a strong desire to take initiatives

- Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications

- Must be a fast learner, able to adapt to minor changes in new contexts for which new products are being rolled out month on month.

- Work autonomously and checks-in so that decisions are made, proactively identifying potential issues and escalating only when necessary.

- Solves problems creatively, with a keen desire to continually learn and grow, motivated by success.
