- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction (students and parents) & retention of the students.
- Ensure proper communication & relationship with all the students and parents for entire course duration.
- Monitoring and ensure proper collection of revenue (student fee), fee related communications and banking of the fee.
- Ensure compliance with laws & regulations as applicable, for the branches in the region.
- Responsible for asset and infrastructure management and coordinating with other Departments for closure of any Branch requirement.
- Responsible for monthly closings, stock and inventory management and other such requirements.
- Establish new Branches/ Business projects.
- Develop new and innovative ways to ensure optimum usages of resources to reduce the expenses.
- Hiring, training and mentoring of operations and admin team.
- Traveling across locations, in a scheduled environment.
- Should co-ordinate with all departments .
- Ensures general cleanliness, appearance and safety of all buildings are maintained to acceptable standards.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports related to various metrics of Operations Department.
