- Manage targets over guide operations and class scheduling

- Manage the scheduling and programming teams against their KPIs

- Take charge of maintaining quality as per norms set by the global team over programming

- Help design processes that scale for new/existing guides and building quality dashboards

- Actively troubleshoot features with the product and work closely with the larger team to implement new processes and products

- Work with guide related products and suggest improvements

- Drive multifaceted projects across the organization

- Take charge of activation and process for converted partnership deals

- Grow our language portfolio - Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada

- Grow our learner community and engagement through programming of key categories

- Manage the communication, community efforts and training program for Guides and TAs
