Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for day to day CFS operations. Make operational decisions for smooth functioning of operations so the customers are happy to work with us.
- Ensure operational processes are efficient and customer friendly for both internal and external customers. Working with the team amend processes as necessary to take care of changing customer needs and regulatory environment.
- Responsible for maintaining and modifying SOP's for all the operational activities as needed.
- Ensure timely analysis of operation data so as to update the team on status, build reports, managing dashboards, and workflows.
- Be the point of contact for CFS operations along with operations head for all internal as well as external parties.
- Creating or updating training manuals and procedures.
- Design and provide help-desk support to all users and escalate challenges as necessary.
- Provide ideas and suggestions in improving the process & support documenting of new procedures.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks with accuracy of the data as per instructions and business needs.
