Manager - Operations & Cataloguing - Retail/Online

OPERATIONS

- Managing a team of Operations associates

- Setup processes with WH & partner SPOCs for order processing & returns - B2B & B2C and Domestic & International

- Setup processes to respond to customer queries/complaints

- Build, maintain, and create strong customer relationships with Operations managers of marketplaces

- Ensure fulfilment data is up to date and match with the monthly receivable from marketplaces

- Escalate & manage undue charges, action taken by marketplace partners

- Coordinate with Tech teams for development, conduct UAT, share SOP and help roll out new features

- Work on productivity-improving & cost-saving measures in Operations

CATALOGUING

- Managing a team of Cataloguing associates

- Managing cataloguing on marketplaces with accurate details within defined TAT

- Complete understanding of cataloguing & imaging requirements for all portals & plan changes in processes when warranted.

- Plan manpower capacity allocation (internal / external) & ensure 90%+ capacity utilisation

- Coordinate for A+ content on the websites

- Scout, negotiate contracts with agencies, freelancers for cataloguing, image corrections

- Setup process to ensure Account Health is top-notch on each marketplace and there are no infringements/breaches due to cataloguing
