Role : Operations Manager

- Have knowledge of process flows and flow charts

- Able to coordinate with various stakeholders to get the work completed

- Have understanding of system / technology features {general rules governing system work flow}

- Prepare MIS reports and documentation

- Keen eye for details, perseverance and organized in his/her work are important

- Able to work according to various time zones, including late hours, weekends etc from home
