Ops Analysis Manager
1. Manage projects to design and develop the analytical tools and processes that will support in reporting VIS Operations KPIs
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure correct measurement and reporting of the relevant Operations KPIs, support in defining new KPIs if suitable
3. Create visualization that converts data to insights which helps business to take required decision
4. Manage in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements
5. Provide management with relevant analysis in triggering countermeasures
6. Assist business users in implementing ad hoc report requests or setting up templates for self service
7. Ensure continuous improvement of reporting and analyses processes
8. Ensure relevant communication and reporting on managed projects
9. Understand the reporting process and supporting architecture, interacting with management and bring visibility as per the business needs by proper coordination and timely communication
10. Collaborate with stakeholders in connecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence (BI)
11. Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop
12. Make major and minor enhancements to the standard BI reports
13. Able to implement row level security on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI
14. Proficient in making DAX queries in Power BI desktop
15. Expertise in using advance level calculations on the data set
16. Collaborate with stakeholders on data quality : Review the data on BI reports and compare it against defined standards for completeness, consistency, and accuracy
17. Comply with data security and governance rules
