Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the business operations in close relationship with the dealers and create a Dealers strategy:
- Dealer claims
- Credit check
- Fund releases
- Dealers performance analysis
- Floor plan
- Account receivables
- Related tax compliances
Initiate, implement and monitor a Controlling strategy:
- Transfer Price follow up with the Different partners (plant, Central const control)
- Monitor Cost evolution by items
- Build a new culture of cost & finance towards other departments, especially Sales & Marketing/ After sales. Reinforce collaboration & coordination between different services.
Desired Profile Profile and skills required:
- Good knowledge of Tax aspects
- Good influencer towards internal & external teams
- Intercultural understanding preferrably Culture exposure to a European / American working styles
- Experience in working remotely with reporting relationships to an HQ abroad
Specialized knowledge and skills:
- Must have excellent customer facing skills; oral and written communication.
- Must demonstrate the soft skills to evolve in a global & matrix environment, process oriented.
- Hands on mindset and well structured
- Autonomous but with a strong team spirit, well organized, capable of working remotely and results-oriented.
