Job Description:

Required self starting, motivated go getter Graduate/Post graduate from any stream with 4-5 years of experience in the field of logistics and freight management, transport/bus/passenger segment, tour and taxi rental, asset rental, aviation ground crew management and deployment, facility management.

- Person requires to have a strong and over bearing personality and be a hands on , people centric high task master.

- He/ She must have high integrity and sense of ownership with the company .

- He/ She must be willing to spend the next 5 years at least towards the growth and building of his team in the company.

- His/ her past experience must allow him to bring in a new resource of labour, driving and supervisory staff.

- He/she must have good communication skills written and oral and have high regard for responsibility and accountability to the organisation, he must see success of the organisation as his own.

- Being a local and Understanding of vehicle engines and repair as well as a mechanical bent of mind will have an added advantage.

- The candidate must have a 4 wheeler license and ability to drive a vehicle. He must have his own conveyance as well.

- The candidate must issue 2 references from his past employers and references.
