Manager Operational Strategy

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.

- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and increased productivity.

- Lead cross-functional teams to execute operational improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment and integration of strategies.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in operations strategy.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA in Operations Management, or a related field with 2-4 years of experience in operations strategy or a similar role in Manufacturing Organisation (Not open to IT/ Service Industry).

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

4. Proven track record of implementing successful operational improvement projects.

5. Proficiency in data analysis and experience with relevant software and tools.

6. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to drive change and influence others.

7. Decreased operational costs within a defined timeframe.

8. Increased efficiency in key operational processes, resulting in improvement in productivity.

9. Improved customer satisfaction scores through optimized operations.

10. Successful implementation of strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence.
