Manager - Operational Risk/RCSA/KRI - BFSI

Role:

To adhere to the Global Operation Risk Management policies and guidelines, translate and apply to India Operations

To implement the operational loss capturing, analysis and reporting process

To work very closely with other control functions to avoid duplication of effort

To develop and prepare the operational risk reports for Operations senior management and answer their queries

To establish the best practice of operational risk management which is comparable to industry standards

Work on critical MI assignments

Build and generate information to produce periodic reports

Produce time sensitive information on stipulated frequency and provide actionable data

Constantly identify, and report risks & issues

IB Professional with experience of working in business lines / Operations / Risk Management / Internal Audit department of International Investment Bank

Prior experience in Risk, Controls, Internal Audit practices

Strong with PowerPoint and other MS Suites

Attention to detail with management reporting with clear and concise data points and presentation

Sound knowledge on financial industry and creative problem solving skills

Proactiveness

Good organizational skills that support multiple lines of business in a time critical global environment

Strong Analytical mind-set

Comfortable with data driven discussions and solution

Appreciation to project management & 6 sigma tools

Ability to work with virtual teams within operations
