Manager - Operational Risk & Control

Job Description :

- Operational Risk Manager will work closely with the RPs in the respective business units and Operational Risk on the following areas : risk identification, risk assessment & measurement, risk monitoring, risk mitigation, risk reporting, risk treatment and control sample testing.

- Undertake and/or coordinate periodic Key Control Self assessments within unit and escalate findings and or breaches to Business Unit Head and Operational Risk when they occur.

- Facilitate and promote the understanding of Operational Risk and compliance requirements.

- Proactively work with the Business and Operational Risk to identify and manage operational risk issues.

- Escalate significant events to Business Head and Operational Risk .

- Ensure risk and loss information are input into the system, and escalation is made where action is not taken and follow up for mitigation as applicable.

- Coordinate and consolidate Operational risk and loss reporting of the unit for the reporting to the Operational Risk and Business Unit Head.

- Communicate with external stakeholders to demonstrate compliance with their requirements and with internal stakeholders to highlight critical Operational Risk issues.
