Manager - Operational Risk & Compliance

Experience Details :

- 8 - 10 years of overall experience

- With a minimum of 5 years in the Operational Risk Management and Compliance Discipline area of a multinational financial institution or BPO firm

- Minimum of 4 yrs of experience managing BCP and DR

ORC4 - BCM. I need someone who has completed CBCP and done hard core BCP and Crisis Management.

Job Description :

- Manage Business Continuity Plans for EGS

- Work closely with the GBCO's on Enterprise BCP requirements

- Conduct BCP simulations for EGS

- Manage the Exercise and Maintenance program for EGS

- Conduct Training and Awareness

Crisis Management : DR -Proactively and continuously promote engagement of business functions to integrate the risk programs into daily activities/operations.

- Integrate and ensure all new RMC initiatives are rolled-out to all required stakeholders and the required awareness is created across the EOP area supported.

- Act as SME and demonstrate in-depth knowledge and conceptual clarity on the primary risk program supported or on the EOP business area supported
