Operational Risk Manager - MNC Bank

Key Responsibilities include the following :

- Operational risk management, Monitoring and strategy development for Wholesale Banking, Commercial Banking, Investment banking, Consumer Banking and Treasury.

- Ensuring internal control for Consumer banking and Wholesale banking business lines.

- Implementation and design of Operational Risk Framework in accordance with Basel guridelines.

- Assist in Supervisory Review and evaluation of Capital

- Framing of ICAAP for the Bank.

- Computation of Operational Risk capital Charge and stress testing.

- Scenario Analysis and Unexpected loss calculation.

- Development of Risk and Control Self Assessment ( RSCA)

- Conduct periodic risk reviews to assess current process design controls through extensive process walkthrough and frequency/transaction based testing.

- Assessment of Residual risk and preparation of KRI (Key risk indicators).

- Review of product and process launch.

- Work closely with Business areas and partners for development of mutually agreeable risk models.

- Regulatory assurance.

- Approval of operational risk loss incidents.

- Compliance to the SOX requirement and competing with deadlines.

- Fraud prevention, AML, ensuring compliance and transaction monitoring.

- Quality and Risk analysis and audit.

Preference is for a 1st attempt CA who has managed an Operational Risk Manager profile for atleast 4-6 years in a MNC or Indian Bank
