Job Description:

The job description entails the below but is not limited to:

OE manager is process compliant, well versed with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 55001 systems and has an analytical mind to identify, implement and sustain high impact improvement projects as well as has thorough knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies like kaizen, poka yoke, visual indicators, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Continual improvement of the Operational Excellence System

B. Identify and Eliminate the Non-Value Processes/ Activities by: -

1. Improve the existing operational processes

2. Improving the Supporting Procedures and Formats.

3. Facilitation in implementing the Procedures.

ISO / System / Process Audits

1. Conducting System / Process Audits

2. Facilitating External ISO Audits

C. Improvement Projects

1. Identify business critical challenges, prioritize, and implement sustaining solutions.

2. Iron-out process issues

D. Management Dashboard / MIS & Reports

1. Monitoring and publishing of the Business KPIs, Dashboard - Asset Management of Solar PlantsWGRs, Project Progress & documentation reports (Management Dashboard)

2. Manpower efficiency and rationalization reports

3. Analytics of Solar power plants

E. Employee Trainings

1. Train employees on continuous improvement techniques, lean, six sigma.

2. Lead portfolio level Six sigma projects

F. Assisting COO for

1. Formation of KRAs / KPIs

2. Periodic Review and facilitation for KRAs

3. Monitoring of KRAs & KPIs for Operations Team

4. Improvement Projects

5. Management Reporting

6. Project Master Database management

Candidate Profile:

Educational Requirement:

1. Experience: 5+ Years

2. BE (Electrical/Civil/Mech)

3. MBA (Operations) is preferable

4. Experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc) is preferable.

5. ISO 9001/ISO 45001/ISO 55001 lead / Internal auditor certified.

6. Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt

7. PMP certification if any
