Job Description:
- Work with Client stakeholders to provide visibility and guidance around performance, work-flows and SLA/ KPIs
- Minimum 1 year as a Ops Delivery Manager in the Oil and Gas Domain Might have worked for accounts like Shell, British Petroleum, Total, ExxonMobil, AGL Energy, Avanti Gas etc.
- Should have managed both B2B and B2C platforms in Oil and Gas Domain (Both preferred, atleast one is Mandatory)
- Lead monthly and Quarterly Service Management Reviews with Client
- Be responsible for detailed reporting and RCA during and post Major Incidents / Outages in Retail Sites
- Work with Senior LT within the organization on operational and tactical issues such as attrition/ retention, establishing change, following up to drive behaviors and drive adoption of compliance best practices
- Work with aligned Business Finance Managers to manage and deliver financial goals
- Delivery Lead growth should be a part of the key responsibilities
- Account farming by understanding key business needs by building robust connect with key players in the Client Organisation
- Be assertive on most issues and use judgement when to pull and push client as necessary
- Must be comfortable with US shifts
- Managed mid-size to Large Size Service Delivery Operations as an Ops Manager. Should have managed a team of over 100+ FTEs Good to Have
- Graduation/PostGraduation in any Degree
- Working knowledge of Quality tenets would be a plus (DMAIC, Lean, CI etc. )
- Profound knowledge in MS Excel, Powerpoint, PL Management
- ITIL Foundation certification will be +
- Passport with a valid Canada, US Visa would be a +
