Position : Manager - Operation Excellence

Industry : BPO/ITES

Salary : Best in the Industry ( Hike as per industry standards)

Location : Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai

Experience : 10-15 years

Qualification : Graduate

Job Requirement :

- Drive Improvement projects on processes to improve Productivity and Improve SLA performance

- Be responsible for the Operational excellence Framework for one/multiple deals or a towers/Site

- Interact with client/ internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives

- Lead global projects in OE

- Acts as a mentor to Six Sigma and Lean projects for his influence

Candidate Profile :

- Six Sigma BB/Master Black Belt with good knowledge of Lean practices OR Green Belt Certified with good experience in RPA ( Robotics Process Automation )

- Should have Domain knowledge of F&A, Marketing Ops, Utilities, Healthcare, Travel, Digital, HRO, Cost Centre

- Strong Knowledge of Quality Principles and Techniques essential

- Needs to have worked in a BPO - Operational Excellence (or similar) function/operations

- Certification in Lean and other quality practices added advantage

- Strong ability to influence

- Exceptional communication skills - verbal / written

- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience

- 10+ yrs of minimum overall experience
