Job Title : Lead-Online Sales
Function : Marketing
Location : Gurgaon
Purpose Of Job :
- Planning,developing programs & promotional schemes for generating quality leads through various online and offline promotions.
- Enhancing Share of gross adds to increase overall revenue of organization .
- Responsible for achieving geography wise gross adds for alternate channel as per AOP targets
- Achieving HD contribution targets.
- Making online & Offline promotional plans to generate quality leads.
- Managing Online promotion budgets, Online & Offline Campaigns Planning and execution.
- New developments with the help of IT in order to enhance online customer experience. Buying Flows. New Pages for new segments etc.
- Managing fulfillment centers, measure input and output parameters. Payouts & Incentives. Targets setting and Rewards and Penalty.
Pricing and Strategy :
- Benchmarking with competition and with Retail, create effective product and pricing for online and offline customers.
Industry : Internet/eCommerce would be preferred.
Education : Must have MBA from a reputed institute
