- Devise and plan the long-term agenda for the online channel
- Forecast and drive Online sales pan India
- Drive various channel KPIs with each partner
- Effectively manage relationships with key partners
- Plan and drive increase in width of partners/ product category
- Design and implement consumer promotions/marketing initiatives
- Provide support to merchandizing team in devising merchandising plans for each relationship
- Draw actionable insights basis channel KPIs as well as market intelligence/competition trends
- Initiate and drive technology/process improvements as well as other projects for the channel as required
- Manage a team of relationship managers and operations resources to achieve the desired objectives
