Manager - Offshore Assurance - CA - Consulting Firm

Responsibility :

Client Management - Develop and maintain productive relationships with the clients globally. Manager have to handle major clients directly depend on the complexity and size of the client.

People Management - Manager handles minimum 30 - 40 resources.

Client Management - Identify the opportunities to standardize and optimize audit processes across portfolio of clients.

- Manager responsible for Quality of Delivery, operational excellence of work performed by subordinates.

- Proactively discuss workflow management with the audit teams in Global. allocating resources of work.

- Work closely with Global audit managers to transition new engagements.

Desired Profile :

- Seeking qualified Chartered accountants (2007-2010 Pass out).

- Must have 5 - 9 Years of experience into Statutory audit (Client, People & Project Management).

- Candidates only from Big 4 or Big 10 can apply.
