Offline Sale Manager

Tasks & Responsibilities :

- Launch offline market for the brand, and execute strategic plan to achieve sales & financial targets

- Plan and strategize to decide on the correct market/ region/ territory/ channel to launch

- Own and hit/ exceed annual sales targets within the decided territory and accounts

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and other B2B customers

- Participating in technical discussions related to product design/ development

- Discussing and resolving quality-related issues during the development and post development stage

- Handling pricing issues and making sure there are no conflicts between online and offline pricing

- Achieving monthly target throughout, revenue for the given channel/ market

- Design innovation features and cohesive products using insights from analytics, have an eye for details, customer feedback, internal brainstorms, and focus on user results and business goals.

- Conducting market visits for gaining insights on the current scenario in the market

- Doing necessary market research to add new compatible products

- Maintaining pricing logs for existing products and competitor pricing logs.

- Gain a deep understanding of products; value proposition, within the context of the company vision and strategies.
