Position Objective -
- To deliver following position objectives -
- To onboard tour and travel agents; education, employment, corporates and immigration consultants and provide them with referral or white labelled solution for forex cards, cash, outbound remittance and related products such as travel insurance, SIM cards, international tours etc.
- Responsible for B2B2C and B2B business and revenues targets.
- To build strategies and processes for product delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales team's productivity / reporting / training etc.
Specific Duties:
- To build high energy team
- Make quality daily / monthly / quarterly reports for regular business review
- To be able to control receivables from clients where applicable
- To be able to onboard quality B2B2C agents / corporates
- To be able to achieve business and revenue targets
Skill Sets Required -
- Must have proven record of building highly successful teams
- Must be very persuasive, personable, have excellent relationship management abilities and a proven track record of acquiring clients
- Should ideally be familiar with workings of money changers, travel agents, education and other referral consultants
- Must have or quickly attain extremely good knowledge of all regulations / laws concerning all activities incl licensing rules, fx entitlements, documentation, audit requirements etc. to insulate company from all perceivable regulatory, financial, reputational and other risks.
- Must have good grasp of technology enabled products and ability to effectively pitch tech USPs
- Must have excellent understanding of fx rates and should be able to position our rates in manner that should make BookMyForex most competitive in marketplace
- Must be seen as very fair though tough task master
- Extremely good verbal communication in English, Hindi and local language(s)
- Must be a fast learner and should have excellent knowledge of company's products and services apart from industry information
- Professional approach to problem solving
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor under challenging situations
- Must be willing to travel extensively
Previous Experience :
- 8 years or more in hard core sales/ client acquisition roles preferably selling a tech product in a financial domain.
- Prior experience of FX role in Bank / reputed FFMC / Money transfer service etc. is desirable but not essential
Educational Qualification -
Graduate preferably MBA in marketing with good schooling background Impact of position on revenues:
Bring additional business / revenue from vast untapped B2B and corporate market where several clients will find it easy to do transactions online
