The opportunity is with a leading MNC client. The organization is in search of HR professional with adept understanding in the areas of organizational effectiveness, change management and organizational development.
Title: Manager OD/OE
Reporting to: Head Talent Management
Location: South India
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing in coordination with the top management the organizational development strategy.
- Lead the organization in providing best practices strategic OD framework.
- Providing leadership in developing and promoting a learning organization focused on its people, organization culture and quality continuous improvement and learning initiatives.
- Develop policies and practices for employee retention and reward and recognition.
- Develop and implement and review a senior management succession plan.
- Drive the organization culture survey to narrow the existing gaps.
Prerequisites to apply:
- 8-11 years of post PG HR experience (preferably from Tier1/2 B schools)
- Should have worked in MNCs and exposure at handling diverse groups
- Additional training in MBTI/ Thomas profiling is preferred (not mandatory)
