POSITION REPORTS TO - Manager – L&D
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:FUNCTIONAL/ OPERATIONAL:
- Managing OD activities – PMS, Organization Design and higher education schemes.
- Creating awareness on PMS
- Timely completion of appraisal process
- Ensuring audits are done, reports completed and action plans drawn up
- Collating ratings and analyzing trends
- Updation of organization charts
- Creating awareness on higher education schemes and managing the process end to end
- Managing leadership induction
- Managing internal job postings
- Planning, scheduling and managing assessment centers
OCCASSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work on any special project that the department may take up from time to time
- Co ordinate IJP movements
- Conduct PMS training for performance champions
DESIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:Exposure to HR activities in an organization.
DESIRED INDUSTRY EXPOSURE:BPO/IT preferred.

- Computer Skills: Knowledge of MS Office (W0rd, Excel & Power point)
