Job Description :
The Channel Manager will centrally support the regional team by way of promotion of all aspects of the product line for the NRI business. This dynamic position will provide a highly collaborative environment, interacting with and influencing senior leaders across the organization and Channels.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for driving volume and value growth of NRI accounts through particular branches across the zone given.
- Client servicing, escalation management & resolution of queries and issues received from cardholders, branches and channels.
- Driving key bulk sourcing projects to drive up value and volume of NRI Accounts.
- Driving of key cross-sell Products & Solutions which leads to high SA balances.
- Cross sell of remittance proposition of wire and online remittance channels.
- Coordination with Operations team for efficient Channel management.
- Act as a major link between the Product and Sales team.
