- Our client offers a subscription based service for kids that offers an inquiry and play-based program for early childhood learning at home for children. It is a startup founded by alumni from IIT, IIM and Georgia Tech that is backed by industry veterans and funded by top-tier venture capital firms. We design, develop and deliver activity kits to the homes of the subscribers every month on a subscription basis. The boxes contain all material and instructions for hands-on fun activities that children in the age group of 2-12 years can do with their parents.

They are looking for a Manager - New Sales to support their growing business. In this role, you will be leading a sales team of 8 - 12 people to develop and grow sales revenue and to deliver a world class customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for the strategic agenda of the B2C Sales team including setting goals and objectives according to with corporate targets

- Brainstorming and identifying of new market and potential growth opportunities, including the growth of new clients/members

- Achieving sales targets via implementing effective lead conversion

- Improving network penetration and guiding the sales force in enhancing customer interface for achievement of defined sales targets

- Sustaining and growing the relationships which translate to a growth in revenue

- Creating analytical reports to track and improve marketing efforts

- Ensuring consistent and effective brand positioning & product / promotional messaging across all platforms

- Responsible for planning, implementing and executing online and offline customer acquisition campaigns to generate business growth

- Constantly tracking competitor activity and suggesting ways and means to deal with the same

- Conducting review meetings with the field sales force to identify issues and suggest corrective actions

- Interacting regularly with key customers for quality feedback and strengthening the existing relationship

Candidate Profile :

- Proven track record of B2C sales with consistent delivery against commitments

- Must be a hands on individual, and must be comfortable working in a fast paced organization

- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

- Exceptional business closing skills

- Ability to work in high ambiguity situations and monthly target closures

Salary Offered: 8 - 11 LPA
