Responsibilities

1. The Product Developer - Lipstick will be responsible for researching, developing, and launching new lipstick products.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, formulate, and deliver innovative lipstick products that meet consumer needs and market trends.

3. Expertise in cosmetic chemistry, product formulation, and manufacturing processes is essential.

4. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all lipstick product development activities, including formulation records, specifications, and testing reports.

5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as FDA guidelines, REACH, and other international cosmetic regulations.
