Manager - New Product Development - FMCG

Role Summary:

1) Production Planning

2) Production Control

3) Project Management

4) Getting touch with Sales team

5) NPD will be responsible for Liaoning cross-functional team of product development, manufacturing personnel to develop new products for a rapidly expanding market.

6) NPD will collaborate on projects to design, develop, test, and launch products with distinct competitive advantage.

7) NPD will drive the creation of technical specifications, design specifications, and system validation plans to meet project deliverable

8) NPD will develop communication documents, presentations, and dashboards for communicating the project status to the leadership

Educational Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in SCM, Operation highly desired.

- Masters/ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, and Science.

Experience Required:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in new product development & project management required.

Professional Certifications Desirable:

- PMP Certification

- QMS/EMS/OHSAS Certification

Functional Skills Required:

- Proficient in Microsoft Project (or similar), PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
