Manager - New Product Development - Culinary

Work experience: 5 to 9 years in product development with MNC. Bakery, culinary experience is mandatory

- Person shall have good leadership quality and has capability of taking higher position in the organization in next 3 to 5 years.

- Shall, have strong technical and science understanding with sound project management to enable execution of project.

- Shall, have mastered multiskill ability to handle wider scope of the project.

- Shall have experience in dealing with Chutneys, sauces, gravies

Shall have the following competency:

1. Leading Innovation, shall communicate clearly, understands company's strategies and develops plans. connects with external world and always look for break through

2. Collaborates across cross function, inspires and motivates team work, values diversity and develops people, organization and self.

3. Sets, aggressive goals, shall understand priorities(long term and short terms), takes quality decisions, adds values in leadership discussion and delivers out standing results.

4. Shall know how to use experience to his/her advantage and capability of handling difficult situations without panic.

5. Understanding on food regulations, Quality Management and shall use technical knowledge to provide risk assessment analysisis on product quality and product safety, advise management to enable take right decision

6. Shall have fairly good knowledge on packaging science.

7. Shall have sound knowledge in technology, processes, ingredients, additives and shall be hands on in developing products based on concepts and shall guide the team on product launches

8. Understands customers need and explores opportunities to her/his advantage and maintains product uniqueness and leadership when it come to competition.

Qualification: B Tech / MTech in Food Technology
