Job Accountabilities:
- Manage execution of standardized processes at each activity and process level across post issuance activities comprising of dispatch & financial transactions and premium paying changes, aimed at achieving client and sales force satisfaction as per prescribed standards.
- Assist in design & documentation of processes within New Business and implement the same.
- Ensure implementation of standard processes comprising of dispatch & financial transactions as per set targets.
- Supervise, evaluate and authorize deviations from prescribed standards/processes with minimal impact on existing risks and costs, to accommodate special servicing requests from clients and sales force.
- Resolve and address customer queries and complaints and review and implement corrective preventive process change.
- Manage vendor relationships in order to ensure that their SLA are met.
- Contribute in Planning, budgeting, acquiring and controlling resources (human, IT, others)
- Identify, plan and manage projects for improvements in processes, systems, client and sales force satisfaction, and human and other resources
- Establish and influence and manage senior and middle level intra organizational relationships and vendor relationships.
- Lead and manage (recruit, motivate, develop and retain) a team multi layered, large team.
