Opening for Manager (Network operations O&M) in MNC Company for Meerut

Justification for the Recruitment :

- UPW network consists of 6920 (2G/3G)cell sites,68 BSC and 2 MSC location, Currently 7 business zone & 5 Network Zones

- To drive Key partners (IP/Nokia/Ericsson) to have Strong and cost effective Network

Key Responsibilities of the Position :

- Responsible for O&M KPI of Network (RNA/SA alarms/TXN report analysis)

- Network OPEX management and reduction through deployment of Cost saving measures

- Maintain Network availability of the Network by daily coordination with key partners and IP.

- Weekly/fortnightly meeting with Nokia/Ericsson to improve site hygiene and quality of Network.

- Vetting Energy bills of all ISP's on actual basis as per MSA clauses and processes

- Site Consolidation project Implementation to reduce Energy cost/site

- To ensure optimum utilization of MSC Infra to improve Energy cost efficiencies

- DCEM Ratio to Verification/Validation along Tenancy & Rates in Monthly FCM Billing

- Radio Network Infra availability improvement through different initiative

- Coordination with central team for scheduled Operation and Maintenance of MSC's Infra

- Extension of AMC of Infra equipment for MSC /VTH/Cell sites

- Implementation of proper process and procedure for first level Electrical maintenance of MSC Infra

- Infra preparedness for Vodafone own Pole sites Roll out

- Daily analysis and validation of IUTR, N.O.C Infra, D.G running, Power and Fuel reports, Infra Alarm reports

- Daily vetting and validation of Network Infra /Active Outages. Target-Error Free IUTR and other Infra Availability Reports - Monthly sign offs

- Monthly Infra Uptime Sign offs with all Infra provider & NSN for both 2G & 3G as per VFCO shared formats/Timelines

- Raising of monthly Service Credits(Uptime/DCEM/Electrification) to Infra Service providers as per MSA guidelines/clauses

- Monthly Energy/Infra MIS Reports sharing with VFCO as per Timelines

- HSW Compliance w.r.t MSC Infra, Cell sites/BSC and VTH sites.

- Electricity Safety Standard implementation at MSC /Cell sites/VTH Locations
