Roles & Responsibilities :
- Network Operations Management - Network background mandatory
- Experience in handling Network operations 24x7x365 (L2/L3/L4 support)
- Handling multiple clients in a region or industry
- Managing day to day operations and client escalations
- Experience in leading a team of 50+ people
- Extensive expertise of Delivery Management/Operations Management
- Ensuring Strict SLA adherence & SLA compliance
- Ensuring Quality of delivery excellence
- Excellent CSAT
- Strong People Management skills including
- Capability development/training/mentorship planning
- Hiring, attrition mitigation, retention planning
- Career progression planning
- Customer Relationship Management/stakeholder management
- Driving automation journey towards automated L1/L2 support /AI/Robotics
TRAININGS / CERTIFICATION (desirable) :
1. ITIL- V3
2. PMP / Prince 2
