Job Title: Retail Sales Operation Manager
Job Summary:
The National Sales Manager for EBO channel is accountable for managing end-to-end sales & distribution of accessories and lifestyle products through EBO channel. The role covers all operational and strategic aspects of managing Organization's subsidiary in line with the company& visions, values and strategy as well as sound, long-term business practices.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the business in his territory across all metrics of GP, EBITDA and GR against budget on a monthly and yearly basis
- Ensure accurate forecasting as per monthly and yearly forecasting reports, ensure forecasts accuracy is over 90%
- Plan, execute and achieve the budgeted sales targets as per the business plan.
- Develop new partners and manage & enhance Relationship with Existing partners in EBO
- Implementing sales promotion activities and rolling out trade specific schemes
- Publish reports outlining all sales activity and communicate to mgmt. via daily, weekly and monthly scorecards
- Exploring new markets and expanding the distributor infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
- Develop & optimize marketing efforts tied in with growth and sales targets.
- Manage key stakeholders (franchise)
- Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain.
- Monitoring cost and logistics/ Inventory.
- Administration of all Sales Offices, by Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost
- Control in general and Sales & Distribution cost in particular.
- Effective control & minimize the damages. Stock reconciliation and Inventory.
- Ensure compliance with Organization and government policies and procedures.
- Work with Regional Shared Services teams to ensure alignment on Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain
