Well Funded and run by the stalwarts of the industry.Position based in: MUMBAIHEAD Key Account Management (KAM):- Should have managed Client Accounts in - large Industries/Enterprises and companies - large value, long cycle projects- Should be able to deal with Top Management and CXO Level discussions with clients- Technically Strong understanding of the automations used and prevailing in the logistics industryKey Responsibilities:- Drive client's customer management process to ensure excellent customer satisfaction level are always maintained.
- Adept at directing customers and managing employees at all levels of the business.
- Process-focused in building account plans and driving new sales opportunities at key accounts.
- Key Account Management: Taking care of a set of Regional and National Key accounts and ensuring proper engagement and relationship management. Ensure Maximum wallet share and retention.
- Must understand and negotiate a profitable pricing structure and service-level agreement that will increase the company's - share of wallet- in the warehousing and logistics industry.
- Management of customer support to ensure delivery against the customer's Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Drive the customer engagement process to facilitate payment collection as per the Contract defined.
- Bridge any gaps between Operations / Finance along with the customer so that payment collection is done smoothly.
- Responsible for renewal of Contracts as and when it is due with enhanced profitable pricing structure.
- Ensuring high quality management of customer accounts, customer reporting and customer satisfaction.
- Research information on competitive pricing, market activities, transaction usage and other information about the targeted markets.
