- Involved in strategy formulation for the launch of a new product Ring - a credit based QR Code Payments App

- FPA Analysis, Treasury and Fund Management

- Making profitability MIS for management for day-to-day tracking of revenue, costs, and risk losses

- Making models for Future Profitability, AUM, Collections, Customer Service and CAC

- Making business plan and calculating the LTV for different scenarios

- Tracking end-to-end Collections Performance

- Give data insights to management for better pricing & new revenue lines

- Understand the dynamics and the feasibility of new projects and doing competitor analysis

- Prepare board decs and PPTs for monthly performance review and Investor PPTs for raising new funds

- Responsible for making monthly Cost Control & Provisioning MIS

- Worked on reconciliation of Insurance Income and costs associated with it

- Making MOM management P&L to check deviations and the understanding the major cost heads of P&L
