MANAGER MIS
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS) to facilitate efficient business operations and informed decision-making.
- Oversee the design and deployment of databases, data warehouses, and reporting systems to effectively collect, store, and analyze organizational data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Define and prioritize MIS projects, initiatives, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives, optimizing resource allocation and project timelines.
- Develop and enforce MIS standards, policies, and procedures to uphold data security, compliance, and governance standards, mitigating potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify MIS needs, gather user requirements, and deliver tailored solutions that address business challenges and drive operational excellence.
- Monitor the performance, usage, and compliance of MIS systems, conducting regular assessments and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users, empowering them to leverage MIS tools and capabilities effectively to enhance productivity and decision-making processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in MIS and data management, evaluating their applicability and potential impact on organizational objectives.
Qualification And Experience:
- BE or MBA with Minimum 5-7 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or related roles in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in MIS tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI or Tableau etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
- Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
