MIS Lead :

Role Requirement

The position requires managing the end to end MIS team across business verticals of credit cards/personal loans :

- Understanding client requirements for various tracking engines and leading the new MIS development /Revamping the existing MIS

- Infering from changing data trends and further providing insights/business solution/justifications to the senior management

- Experience of handling a team of analysts working on various MIS with timelines and multiple deliverables.

Expected Education / Tool Experience

~4 years of analytics experience

- Experience working in a team of analysts with a common goal and will have a strong understanding of the cards business dynamics that will drive the analyses

- Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture

Banking, Credit cards, Statistics (good to have)
