B. Consolidating the management Reports for 40+ Subsidiaries & business verticals in a crisp manner enabling the decision-making Process for Senior Management

a. Monthly Flash Reports

b. Monthly MIS (P & L)

c. Quarterly Forecasting

d. Annual Budgeting

e. Variance Analysis Reports for MIS, Budget & forecasts

f. Other analytical reports

g. Any other adhoc report

C. Reconciliation between Statutory Financial data & MIS data

D. Handling the Automation of the Manual process like consolidation of MIS etc.

E. Supporting and collaborating with Senior management / Business Leaders / Financial Leaders in formulating the corporate guidelines for

i. Budgets for business Verticals

ii. Projected P&L. /Forecast

iii. Profitability & variance analysis including analysis for budget vs actual, past vs current, gross margin, expense trend analysis.

F. With Experience in presenting & attending monthly review meeting and highlighted monthly financial & operational reports

G. Shall be well versed with the Business Operations & the Accounting flow

H. Shall have excellent communication and interpersonal skills."
